Throughout 2019, in Luxembourg, the volunteer teams of Médecins du Monde welcome, offered medical care as well as a social psychological support to more than 800 patients in a vulnerable situation.

One out of three suffer from a chronical medical issue such as diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure or epilepsy. Without access to their required treatment, these persons often arrive in a desperate condition in the medical centres of Esch-sur-Alzette and Bonnevoie.

Coming from all over the country, our patients are often living in Luxembourg in extreme precariousness, homeless or poorly housed, without access to the health care system.

To continue, in 2020, to treat those forgotten by the health care system in Luxembourg, the volunteer teams of Médecins du Monde need your support.
